1. How many days in advance do I need to place an order?

To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend placing a pre-order with us at least 2 days in advance

2. Can I customise my bento set?

Yes, you can. Please let us know your request by contacting us. 

PAYMENT

1. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfers / PayLah! / PayNow / Credit card / Cash (Self Collection / Cheque (payable to "Rasasusy").

2. Which bank account do I transfer to?

You may transfer to the following banks:

*Please note that we only accept same day bank transfer via FAST.

3. How to make payment via PayLah! & PayNow? 

Make payment by scanning the QR Code

1. Tap on the ‘Scan QR’ Icon
2. Scan QR Code
3. You are paying Rasasusy SG
   Enter the amount, review your transaction & TAP on ‘Let’s Go’!
4. And you’re done!

4. What is the next step after making payment via bank transfer (ATM / ibanking) / PayLah! / PayNow?

After payment has been made, please take a screenshot of transaction and whatsapp to us at "+65 9298 6522" or email us at "hello@rasasusy.com".
